Open Additive® PANDA 11
​
The PANDA 11 is an open-architecture laser powder bed fusion machine with 500W IPG fiber laser and an 11.0” x 11.0” x 12.5” build envelope. It is equipped with AMSENSE® Sensing Suite with four integrated cameras and an additional Optris PI 640 G7 off-axis IR camera for process monitoring.  It is being retrofitted to include a second 1000 W IPG fiber laser, induction-heated build plate (up to 500 C), and co-axial IR camera and photodiode monitoring.

​MX-Lab is a laser directed energy deposition system, with a build volume of 150 × 150 × 150 mm and a ytterbium fiber laser up to 500 W. It features six powder hoppers enabling simultaneous printing with six different powder compositions.

UR5e is a 6-axis collaborative robot developed by Universal Robots, also known as a cobot. It has a payload capacity of 5 kg and a reach of 850 mm.

Rizon 4s is a 7-axis robot enabling finer force sensing and force control capabilities. It has a payload capacity of 4 kg and a reach of 959 mm.
